I was very pleased with the first cleaning. Nuba did a wonderful job. The second cleaning however they came at a different time (as well as the third cleaning) than originally stated and was able to clean my whole place in 1 hour. The problem with that is I believe paying $150 for an hour of cleaning is absurd. There were two people and they left the bathtubs with dirt marks and did not clean as it was done the first time. I was disappointed. I did end services with this company for that reason alone.

The cleaners arrived exactly on time. Maybe even five or 10 minutes early. They were here for an hour and 45 minutes each. I only needed them to clean one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, and hall.They did a fabulous job. I feel that my house is clean, smells good. The pair that came out were Media and Rick. They were personable, polite. They commenced cleaning immediately and worked the entire time with no breaks. They didn’t waste any time. They removed all trash with them.. I would hire them again in a minute!

The team arrived promptly and did a very thorough job. I was here to answer questions but, there weren’t many.The price was the going rate - $160 for floors throughout the house (5 rooms, staircase, 2 hallways) and full cleaning in two bathrooms. Since there were two people here for 2 hours and they brought all necessary equipment, that is totally fair.I recommend this company.

Don’t hire them for Deep Cleaning!!We agreed on a deep cleaning for my newly purchased home for $450. The kitchen, bathrooms, windows, and floors were supposed to be cleaned. They were also supposed to clean the outside of the fridge, freezer, oven, and microwave, and I requested the inside of these appliances to be cleaned as an extra service. After the first cleaning, I inspected the house and noticed that the fridge, oven, and microwave exteriors were not even cleaned, the floors still looked dirty, and some windows were not fully cleaned. I told them the kitchen needed to be cleaned again. They came a second time and said they were done in less than an hour. When I went to check the house again, I saw that they still hadn’t cleaned anything properly.

Overall, this cleaning service does a wonderful job. The team is professional, reliable, and leaves the home looking fresh and well cared for. Occasionally, a few small areas are missed, but when that happens it’s minor and doesn’t take away from the overall quality of their work.
