We worked with Will on a full kitchen remodel that included removing a wall and installing new cabinets, countertops, flooring, and appliances. He brought thoughtful design ideas and experience, but still gave us the opportunity to personalize things. He stayed incredibly organized throughout the project and coordinated directly with our GC to make sure every detail was handled correctly. The final result exceeded our expectations, and we are loving our new kitchen. I’d highly recommend him to others and have introduced him to multiple friends!

Will was fabulous to work with on the renovation of our kitchen and powder room and floors (which extended to stair railing & a new front door & exterior lights!). Will was very responsive, which was helpful when issues arose during construction, and he would jump on to a quick Facetime or call or text thread to help quickly work through whatever was needed at the time. In his design, Will reimagined the space to take a compartmentalized kitchen that didn't fully utilize the space effectively and reoriented the kitchen to completely open the room up. We had no idea what an impact this would have and it has fully changed how we interact with the entire space around the house, interior and exterior. making it so much more light and airy. His design has created a space that is impactful in an understated way that aligns perfectly with our aesthetic and also makes the kitchen so much more functional for our family's needs. This is our fourth kitchen renovation and hands down the best design and functionality. We love to cook. Our kitchen is small. Our home is a landmark. We asked for all the modern conveniences and appliances in a functional space that complements the historic features of the house. Will hit it out of the park. At the outset he suggested we capture extra space from an adjoining closet, giving us room we needed for built in ovens, refrigerator and pantry. He introduced us to a new indestructible European cabinet material that we chose for the base cabinets. Cabinet fronts on large appliances were custom stained to match the dark woodwork in our home. He managed to squeeze in a dry bar with wine cooler, clad in architectural leather. It all hangs together beautifully. We constantly revised the plans in search of the best configuration possible. Will was helpful and patient through it all. He is a pleasure to work with.

It seemed pretentious and unnecessary, in my opinion, since my father and I had successfully renovated three houses previously (nothing fancy.. paint, re-flooring, roofing, landscaping, curb appeal type stuff for resale). I've begrudgingly hired a General Contractor 2-3 times for permitting and city compliance for previous projects but felt taken advantage of since fees were so unpredictable and open-ended. After meeting some of Will's clients, several of which are repeat customers (which is a rarity in this industry, I learned), he was able to help me with a variety of vital investment decisions with my properties:If you want your home to be beautiful, functional to you and your family's needs, up to code - or if you are simply trying to increase your home's appraisal value drastically, call Will. The ~20 years of experience focused specifically on property renovation shows, and the value versus the cost is far greater than I anticipated after researching many other firms.
