As a senior I have experienced many dealings with trade/service personnel and companies. Of all those none have impressed me as much as Matt and J.R. Watkins. The prompt response, the willingness to affect a temporary fix and return to complete the job was extraordinary. Matt is not only knowledgeable and efficient, he truly cares and has great compassion. His parents, family, friends and employer should be proud. (I'm sure they are). I would have no hesitancy to highly recommend them.

“A Rarity In Business Today” I had inquired about having my old Federal Pacific electrical panel replaced. Matthew from J.R. Watkins contacted immediately. He asked for some photos and provided me with a written quote the next day. The price was reasonable so I paid them a deposit and they noted availability the following week. I scheduled the appointment, they showed up on time and found a few issues and explained my options. Absolutely NO pressure, I took their advice and they proceeded with the replacement. They took less than six hours and did a phenomenal job. No painting, patching was required as they cut and trimmed the drywall for an exact fit.The best part? Since the job took them less than expected, they reduced to overall cost by 40%. Who does that these days? I am so impressed by them keeping their word on scheduling and saving me money. I hope that people in need will contact them as they will not disappoint.
