We had a leaking issue in our bathroom, so we had to move forward with a renovation and decided to work with GBC Kitchen & Bath. At first we were a little stressed, but the team stepped in quickly and handled everything very smoothly.Our new bathroom turned out modern and beautiful, and the black floor detail adds a really nice touch.We also added a prep kitchen, which has honestly become one of my favorite parts of the house. I felt very compelled to write a review praising GBC Kitchen and Bath of Ashburn, they earned it. After screening several kitchen and bath remodelers in Northern Virginia, we decided to work with GBC Kitchen and Bath of Ashburn. From the estimate to completion of the project, we found this company to be very fair, courteous, responsive, reliable, and professional. GBC Kitchen and Bath recently completed a primary shower remodel for us. (November 2025) The original tiled shower was over 20 years old and in dire need of some work. I reached out to GBC Kitchen and Bath after reading other reviews. Alan Karakas, Lead Designer / Project Developer, responded to me promptly. Alan was very insightful and open with his suggestions and design ideas. He listened to what we wanted and assisted us in achieving the look that we were going for. We had three other estimates where the contractors put limitations, and stipulations on what products we could use and the scope of what they would do. The other contractors did not appear to listen to what we wanted. The quote from GBC Kitchen and Bath for the project was very fair. We then visited the GBC Kitchen and Bath showroom in Ashburn. The showroom has a large selection of tile. Again, Alan was extremely helpful and patient with us in making a tile selection for our project.The Project Manager (Ramon) and his crew (Alvaro, Iban, Ricardo, and Jose) were amazing. Throughout the entire remodel, the Project Manager stayed in constant contact with us and stopped by or call us every day to ensure we were happy with the work and to answer any questions. The crew was amazing, very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. The quality and craftsmanship of their work was exceptional. The crew always showed up on time, and before leaving for the day made sure the area was clean. As the crew completed each phase, they made sure we were pleased with the work.Our experience with GBC Kitchen and Bath of Ashburn could not have gone smoother. We are so pleased with the outcome of our shower remodel. We are very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend GBC Kitchen and Bath of Ashburn, to friends and family. The GBC team was awesome to work with and did a great job with our complete kitchen renovation. The price was competitive and came in lower than two other quotes received and it was nice having a showroom to visit to see the design that Alan put together. Alan was patient and knowledgeable in helping with all the different design decisions. The showroom had example cabinets, countertop samples, and all sorts of other things that really helped us see how everything would come together. Alan was great to work with and even seamlessly added additional change orders for some additional work we wanted done throughout the house.The project team was super hard working. Ramon was great to work with and always kept us in the loop of when the team would be there and what they working on. Alvaro and the team worked tirelessly every day, even some Saturday’s and holidays to continue to make progress on the renovation and did such a good job. We couldn’t believe how quickly everything came together and they were able to finish the project before the estimated timeline. We were so happy with the end result and would 100% definitely recommend to others!

I recently had my kitchen remodeled by GBC Kitchen & Bath, and I’m really happy with the result. Alan helped me with the design, listened to what I wanted, and gave simple, helpful ideas. He made the process easy, not stressful.The team was polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The work looks clean, modern, and very well done. The price was reasonable for the quality I received, and visiting their showroom helped me choose the materials and colors more confidently.The best part? Now I don’t want to leave my kitchen! We are pleased with our kitchen remodel and hardwood floor refinishing done by GBC. We appreciated how Alan really took the time to understand our ideas for the kitchen and put them into a realistic design, not just trying to up-sell us on additional work. The project team organized by Ramon was communicative and efficient. Ramon responded to us quickly and thoroughly whenever we had questions. Alvaro and his team did beautiful work and cleaned up the project site every day. We never had dust or other problems affecting the rest of the house. Overall, we are very pleased with the entire process with GBC!
