I really enjoyed my drop in at Crossfit Hilo Iron. My son and I were visiting Hilo looking at gyms for him to work out at when he attends college in Hilo in the fall. Coach Charmie was very welcoming and let my son and I work out on a drop in. The place was really clean and inviting and we had a wonderful workout. My son will be joining when he attends college there in the fall.
