WoW! What a blessing Discount Lots has been for my Family and i! We have finally been able to buy land that we can build on. I would recommend discount lots.com. but I am also not giving a full 5 stars either. my experiences with them has been just ok thus this far on and off. but feel that there's people there that don't know what their doing or how to answer questions. don't get me wrong price's are great. but they seam to just want you to pick your land and DO ALL the research and everything else but you pay all the fee's monthly to them. so what exactly do they do, just sit there and collect your money??!!!! when you call and ask for help or questions it takes forever for them to call you back IF they do...lol and a good majority of the time they just tell you to call somewhere else that that's not in their job description. ok what the heck. so basically they advertise, they answer the phone's collect your fee's and that's it. I don't think I have ever had any help or any questions answered at all whatsoever. so 2 to 3 stars. I don't think they will ever receive a total 100 percent good 5 star review from me ever endless they make some major changes.

I like how flexible they are with me. As long as you call them and you are proactive they will work with you. The follow up via customer service could be better bit still workable.
