Cole Land deserves 10 plus stars. My husband and I used Cole when we purchased our first home in 2017 and had the best experience as first time buyers. We just bought another home recently through Cole and had another AMAZING experience. Cole is so prompt, professional, very easy to talk to, and seems to know all the questions you may have. Mike Nichols listed our home in 2021-I’m convinced that my own family member wouldn’t have taken as good of care of us as he did. Zero regrets in a process we navigated through for months!We got married here, brought our first son home here, it was a neighborhood we adored for years. We were moving onto better things but this home was emotional to let go of.If that’s you-call Mike.10/10 experience!There were barriers, but we trusted him and got exactly what we wanted after he advised us. I’m not sure why anyone wouldn’t use 1% reality. Mike Nichols was a pleasure to work withMost real estate companies are going to want 5 to 6% (normally split between the listing and selling agent). With 1% reality estate we my fees were 3 1/2 % plus $749. My savings were in excess of $10,000. You get all the items you would get from any real estate broker/agent. MLS, flyers, etc. I highly recommend them!
