Was very freaking out, I needed 6 front crowns. The staff is fab and Dr Nylund is absolutely incredible. Stacey, Sue, Brooke and Grayson are absolutely the Sweetest people on the planet and do the absolute best job. I have terrible anxiety and they made everything so much better, and the work is better than anywhere I’ve ever seen. I am a terrible dramatic patient and they still helped me and made it comfortable. 10000% will recommend.

My family and I were in Pagosa Springs for vacation and my daughter had a dental emergency.I called multiple dental office in the area to find help for her.From the first conversation with Stacey, I recognized her professionalism and kindness and willingness to help us as much as she could.From there, Black Diamond Dental just impressed us more and more.Dr. Nylund was masterful in how he handled our situation. He was able to diagnose the issue and provide some immediate relief, a treatment and a long term plan!Clearly he is highly skilled -not to mention his kindness and care!My daughter said she wishes we could move to Pagosa.Sprimga so he could be her dentist!Huge thank you to the whole team! If I could give you 10 stars, I would!

I have always dreaded going to the dentist, and because of that I was long overdue for an appointment. After being recommended to Black Diamond, I decided to give them a try, and I couldn’t be happier that I did.From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and welcoming the office was. Every staff member greeted me with a smile, which immediately helped put my nerves at ease.When I was called back, I was cared for by an incredibly kind and genuine hygienist. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Her compassion and attention to detail truly stood out.Dr. Nylund was equally wonderful. He was friendly, reassuring, and even kept me laughing, which made what is usually a stressful experience surprisingly enjoyable. At no point did I feel judged for being overdue—I felt genuinely cared for by everyone I interacted with.I still need more dental work beyond my cleaning, but I feel completely confident moving forward with Dr. Nylund and his team. It’s such a relief to have finally found a dental office that not only met my expectations but exceeded them in every way.If you’ve been putting off going to the dentist because of fear or anxiety, I can’t recommend Black Diamond enough. They truly make you feel comfortable, cared for, and in great hands.

Black Diamond Dental was so amazing with our little girl. We were in Pagosa on vacation when she got a tooth infection. Black Diamond was able to get us in that day and get her taken care of. The doctor and staff were all so friendly. Thank you!!!

My wife had a cracked and abscessed incisor. Pulled, cleaned up area, Bone graft, and put in temporary bridge. Will return for permanent bridge in future. Black Diamond is the best dental office We have ever been to. Very professional and through with everything. Very friendly. Great staff.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I followed Dr. Nylund from Taos. My mouth is complicated and he’s the only dentist I really trust. Definitely going back!
