The team was terrific… very precise, with super results. And Carlos (the team leader) kept us informed about each step so we would have no concerns. Carlos and his colleagues were terrific… they even made sure our home was spotless afterwards. We’re very glad we hired them. And Carlos came back six months later to service the shutters — they are working very well — and to inspect the windows and discuss potential window shutters too. Very thoughtful and helpful … I am very pleased with DreamGuard and their service, it’s quite professional and thorough.

My wife & I have been impressed by the courtesy, efficiency and technical savvy of Carlos and his team at DreamGuard. We had some very worn and non-operational accordion shutters on our water-facing balcony, and they were able to breathe in new life. The restoration was performed very professionally, with careful attention to cleanliness and detail, and we appreciate their work: our Thanks!

It was a breeze working with DreamGuard. I wanted to have my hurricane shutters maintained and this company’s name was provided by my building management. Andressa who answers the phone was so helpful and was able to get me squeezed in for an inspection that same day. The techs were super kind and respectful of my property even wearing booties to protect my floors. It took a day to receive the quote for the maintenance and they came back the following week to perform the work. Carlos and Johan performed the maintenance and were great. This company is so easy to work with - highly recommend them

I just had our Miami hurricane impact front door installed by DreamGuard, and honestly, my husband and I could not be happier! From start to finish, the whole process was so simple. We went to their showroom, saw the products in person, and got to see exactly what our custom door would look like before committing. That gave us full confidence the job would be done right, and it truly was. The hurricane impact door came out amazing, and the quality craftsmanship really shows! In a market this saturated, it's so hard to know who to trust, but DreamGuard has been in business for over 20 years, and it shows in how much they care about their work and the overall customer experience. If you're thinking about a hurricane custom door for your home, these guys are true professionals. Highly recommend!

DreamGuard did an amazing job installing our hurricane impact sliding glass doors. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, organized and stress-free.The DreamGuard installation team arrived on time, treated our home with incredible care and was polite and respectful throughout the entire project. They kept the work area extremely clean and left our home spotless when the installation was completed. You could tell they genuinely cared about protecting our property and doing the job correctly. In South Florida, there are so many companies offering hurricane impact windows and impact doors that it can be difficult to know who to trust. After our experience, I would absolutely recommend DreamGuard to anyone looking for hurricane impact windows, impact doors or storm protection for their home. What also gave us confidence is knowing that DreamGuard has been serving South Florida homeowners for around 20 years. That experience showed in the way they communicated, handled the installation and paid attention to the details. We trust DreamGuard 100% and would gladly recommend them to our friends and family when they are ready to upgrade their homes with impact windows and doors.Five stars for the DreamGuard team.

I had DreamGuard install a custom impact front door at my house in Miami and the whole thing was flawless from start to finish. I wanted a real wood look without giving up hurricane protection, so we went with a custom wood grain finish from the Mr. Glass line. People walk up to it and think it is solid wood. What stood out was how they worked. The crew showed up when they said they would, they covered everything, and when they left you could not tell anyone had been there. No dust, no scraps, nothing in the driveway. Full white glove job.DreamGuard handled the measuring, the order, the permit and the install. Over 20 years doing this in South Florida and it shows in the finish work. No gaps, nothing to go back and fix. There are a lot of companies selling hurricane impact windows and doors in Miami and they are not all the same. If you are putting a custom impact front door on your house, use people who do it right the first time. DreamGuard is who I would call again.

A little pricey but you're paying for true professionals. They fixed a faulty roller shutter in the apartment I'm renting out. Setting up an inspection and scheduling Carlos and Daniel's arrival was made easy.

I highly recommend DreamGuard for shutter maintenance! They came out today to replace the wheels on my shutters and lubricate the entire system, and I couldn't be more impressed.Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were outstanding. They arrived exactly on time, worked quickly, and made sure everything was operating perfectly before they left. On top of that, the entire team had a great attitude and was courteous and respectful throughout the job. It's rare to find a company that delivers this level of service. If you need shutter maintenance or repairs, DreamGuard is the company to call. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation!
