This business is run 100% professionally. Our water heater died Sunday night, I called Monday morning, and they were there Tuesday morning to do the estimate and the replacement. They were there about two hours and the job site was cleaned up so good I thought I wasn't in my garage. The owner's been doing this 40 years, and he's as straight as it gets, he tells you every exact thing he's going to do, then does it. He's friendly, too. I've been looking for a plumber, I just found one.

They are a great company. They were able to send the same young man this visit as they did when I used them several years ago. I'm sure all their employees are just as nice and competent as Seth is, but it was nice to see a familiar face. They return calls immediately and respond to your needs and questions they were able to get me service the same day they found my broken water line and dug it up and repaired it. I really like them. A pleasant experience!!

Our spigot in backyard had been broken off & a so called plumber came out at 10:00pm and supposedly fixed the spot with epoxy but it wasn't epoxy, dont hv a clue what he rigged it with, but my husband went out and tried using it 4 weeks after it had been broken, the spigot flew half a mile in our yard and water was gushing out in every direction, so we had to cut the main off. I used ChatGPT app and sent pics asking for help & possible recommendations for a licensed professional that did work in North Augusta, SC. ChatGPT app recommended getting a real plumber vs. Making it a quick DIY fix. They sent me 5 businesses with reasonible costs that did repair work in North Augusta, SC. I called the # provided and spoke with Katherine...sent her the text I received from ChatGPT app...she was one of the nicest professional but at the same time personable customer service agents I had ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She said she could possibly hv the owner Rick or a technician come out within the next hour & a half. Rick showed up in what seemed like minutes not hours, I explained the problem he took a look and explained the person that had previously quick fixed did not use proper materials to hold spigot to the PVC piping he went to his work truck & within 5-10 minutes he advised that it would only tk abt 15 minutes to see if spigot would work properly, we were worried bc we live on soc sec pay and had not been paid yet. He assured us not to sweat the small stuff that together we would work something out. He charged ONLY $35 for coming out to look at the issue at hand & ONLY $190 to repair our spigot, we were thrilled to death, we couldn't thank him enough, polite gentleman, now I dont have to worry abt drinking too much soda and hvg to use Walmarts bathroom!!! This business I highly recommended wwo has plumbing issues. We will be using them again should we encounter other problems/or ever hv any concerns. Both Rick & Katherine were angels in disguise, we were blessed.
