I don’t usually give reviews but after the experience I’ve had over the last eight months searching for and dealing with different steel building manufacturers we ended up purchasing from Mason Steel Buildings in June 2025.When I tell you, we spoke with some of the biggest shysters in the industry and all types of different sales reps who seem like all they wanted was our money without even looking at our blueprints or plans.My brother-in-law came across Mason Steel Buildings on Facebook and sent me a link to one of their posts. We Initially made contact with Jason a sales rep at Mason Steel Buildings in early June.Jason was the best sales rep and most knowledgeable that we spoke to throughout the whole process. And I must say every single representative we dealt with within this organization has had nothing but exceptional customer service, extensive knowledge, and we couldn’t have asked for more.After the purchase we were connected with Jennifer, our project manager. We must’ve called her 30 times and made changes every single time, sometimes three times in the same day. Not once did she show frustration or aggravation. To the contrary she was always willing to help guide us and make sure we were getting the most value for our dollar. Without Jennifer and the project management team at Mason Steel Buildings, I don’t think we could’ve got it done. But they truly made it very easy.The material was delivered two weeks ago and delivery could not have been smoother. The quality of materials is exactly what I expected and as described by my sales representative.The one negative thing Was that I didn’t know I needed some extra two by fours to stock some of the material off of. Luckily, I had some extra scrap wood in the shed and that didn’t end up being an issue. But you definitely want to make sure you have some extra wood so that the material doesn’t sit on the grass upon delivery.Inventory was good there was nothing missing and the construction package they gave us was very easy to read and inventory all the parts.The concrete was just poured as you can see and the building is going to be erected next month.All in all Mason Steel Buildings exceeded my expectations and I could not have asked for a more clear and transparent buying process. I would 💯 % use them again and recommend them to anybody who is looking to purchase a steel building. You will not be disappointed.

Mason Steel Buildings are a thing of masterpiece. I was able to order a specific shop detailed to my needs. Their staff and engineering support is second to none. The quality of their buildings is exceptional. Customer service is superb and they are very responsive to all inquiries and needs. I highly recommend using them for your next shop build. You can customize size, layouts and color of any shop you dream up.

Great experience throughout the process. Great communication. There is always someone reaching out to make sure the process moves forward. We had one small hiccup with shipping that was made right, by Mason. Prepare for a fare share of your own project management, outside of the building kit, itself. In the end, I got what I asked for at a very affordable price.

I must say, overall this was a great purchase and learning experience. We are happy with our decision to go with Mason Steel Buildings, and the end result was everything we had wanted and dreamt about.When my husband and I started our search we didn’t know much about metal buildings and everyone we spoke to seemed more concerned with getting our money without even explaining what we were purchasing. At one point we almost got tricked into buying a car port, thinking it was a real red iron building. Turns out it was a cheap 14 gauge tube building and not at all what we wanted.We were referred to Mason Steel Buildings through a coworker, and immediately the experience and communication was completely different.The sales person Daniel explained the difference between building types, associated costs, and helped us save a good amount of money by advising us on a more cost effective size sufficient for our needs.After we purchased, I can truly say the customer service never hindered. I was not easy to deal with, and called at least 20 times with questions and changes. Julian our project manager answered every phone call and email, was patient and understanding, and I’m truly thankful for the assistance and guidance you provided to us.Mason Steel Buildings is lucky to have you on their team.The building arrived Wednesday, and offloading was pretty straight forward. The material is exactly what we wanted, and the red iron is very impressive. We still need to pour our concrete, and the building will be erected afterwords. But so far so good.If you are looking to purchase a metal building, I can without a doubt give my recommendation to Mason Steel Buildings.
