Phenomenal selection of tiles and finishes of course but the customer service is the highlight of this business. From ownership to the staff, the commitment to client is impeccable. Special big up to Annakay who after helping style my bathroom with tile selection was able to do a 3-d graphic representation of the bathroom with the tiles I selected right there in store! No where else compares!

I needed an LED mirror for my bathroom and I could not find the required size in Montego-Bay. I contacted Creative Building Finishes and it was the best decision I made. The entire experience was phenomenal. Danniela, provided excellent customer service, from patiently answering all my queries, to facilitating payment, to organizing delivery of the item to my house. She made the entire process easy for me as it is always a challenge to order items in Kingston and have them delivered in Montego-Bay at a reasonable cost. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and would definitely recommend Creative Building Finishes to anyone. Most of all I’m loving my new mirror, which is exactly what I needed to complete my bathroom renovation.
