Bluey’s Event Hire and Penny Lane Studio were incredible for our wedding at Collits Inn. Between the dance floor setup and the styling, they brought our vision to life and exceeded our expectations.Bluey’s provided the marquee, dance floor, speakers and lighting, and we’re so glad we chose to have a dedicated space for dancing. It worked beautifully and was such a great part of the night.Penny Lane Studio looked after our ceremony and reception styling, and everything looked amazing. From the ceremony drapery to the oversized vintage welcome mirror and beautiful vintage pink chair, every detail felt right. The reception was equally stunning, with candles, table runners, cake stands, place names and menus all thoughtfully arranged. They took care of so much that we really didn’t have to lift a finger.A very special thank you to Francoise, who worked with us from start to finish. From getting the marquee right to talking through our ideas at the styling consultation, she helped us choose everything to suit our vision. Her communication was fantastic, she checked in regularly, planned for wet weather and was there hands-on styling on the day.On the wedding morning, I popped into the reception to ask whether they needed anything from me and was given a very reassuring “no”! Looking back, I’m so grateful for that. Being able to leave everything in such capable hands took an enormous amount of stress off our shoulders and let us enjoy the day.The reception looked a million bucks while still feeling completely true to what we wanted. Thank you to both teams, and especially Francois, for making everything so smooth. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!

We had such a wonderful experience with the team! Thank you to Adrian and the whole team at Blueys for helping us achieve the fun, relaxed wedding reception we’d been hoping for! The put together a package of everything we needed at a rate that was significantly more affordable than other vendors we’d spoken to. With winds averaging 50 km/hr in the days before our Saturday wedding, it took them the full day on Thursday to get the marquee up, plus a followup visit the day after to further reinforce it. Everything was perfect, beautiful, and secure on the day and there were no extra/hidden fees anywhere, just impeccable service all around. Thank you, Blueys!

Could not recommend Blueys enough!!We hired a large marquee and a bunch of furniture for our wedding on family property. From the very first interaction right through to pack-down, they were absolutely wonderful to deal with — always helpful, responsive, and friendly in answering any questions or last-minute changes (and there were a lot over the 18-month planning period!). If you’re looking for marquee or furniture hire in the area, I would definitely give them a call.
