I recently visited Orewa Optics for a casual browse, and I was impressed by the service. Rae noticed that my glasses were loose and, without hesitation, she arranged for Katie to assist me. Within minutes, Katie had fixed and cleaned my glasses. She also took the extra step to check that my hearing aids were still comfortable and unaffected by the adjustments. She showed genuine care for my comfort. I appreciated the friendly advice and thoughtful approach, and I left feeling very well looked after. I look forward to my next eye test at Orewa Optics. Have been using Orewa Optics for my eye exams since I was 5. Grant Dabb has always been an amazing optometrist - very informative, patient and professional. Petra, Angela, and the rest of the team in the front area are also exceptionally helpful. The prices of frames can be a little eye-watering, but it reflects the quality of the frames and service you receive.

From day one I received the best advice and service from this talented team. A medical condition means I often drop my specs. I don't mean to be rough on them but honestly I am. I went with the "diamond scratch resistant coating" and in the last 6 weeks it has saved me from scratches that would have ruined new specs. I never knew this product existed? But the team did and their advice has saved me damaging my new specs. Grant got the prescription perfect!!

Simply the best staff and service. We are visiting from Canada and had 2 pairs of broken glasses.When I took the first pair in, the Manager ran out of the store following the Frames Salesman who had just left the store and brought him back to look at my frames. A replacement was organized, under warranty, and the glasses repaired at absolutely no cost. When I took in the second, back up pair, which had been sat or stood on, they again repaired the glasses at no cost. We are not regular customers, but the service was outstanding and the staff extremely professional and friendly.We are telling everyone we know where they should shop for their eyewear. Thank you!
