As someone who stepped into waste more frequently in the past year, Chase and his boss Bubba have helped me with a lot. They are truly so great at what they do, they are both very knowledgeable in the waste industry, they are always willing to help, and don't make you feel "stupid" for asking a question. Can not thank them enough honestly.Though, I work more directly with Chase, they are both very responsive. If I need a second check or have a quick question, I send Chase a quick email and get a response within the next 20 minutes. Another thing I very much appreciate, is they are willing to come down to the facilities to actually look and see what they are dealing with, this helps everyone come up with a game plan together. They are very detailed in their work, they are fast, and they communicate with you every step of the way until that truck is there to pick up the materials.You will truly feel like a team working with them, and that is what makes waste a whole lot less stressful when you have a team behind you that is willing to help when you need it.Big THANK YOU to Chase and Bubba, and to US Waste!
