I have been using Fincomp Service for a long time now and find that they can assist me, usually within a very short timescale, so that I do not lose any work time. Working remotely is less invasive as well, although site visits, if needed, are available. Kevin is efficient, pleasant and helpful. I would, and have, recommended them to others.

Kevin and his team are just fantastic! I went to him earlier this year for email migration after having a nightmare, I tried other company’s that left me hanging but Kevin made it seem like a breeze.Recently are planning building out systems and automations to really streamline things. I have no technical knowledge so I can only make up a scenario and ask if it’s doable - Kevin responded to my out of hours email the same night and a day later the thing I had enquired about was done! Fully build instruction video and notes everything! I’m delighted and I’m sure we will be working with Kevin and his team ongoing.

Moved to Fincomp from another provider after a testing offboarding process, so we were dubious about 'out of the frying pan....' HOWEVER, everything about Fincomp was spot on. The whole onboarding process was seamless and Kevin was totally customer focussed.
