We recently completed a full basement bathroom remodel with Paul at Kochubey Homes, and the results are absolute perfection. We started with a blank canvas of raw plumbing and concrete walls, and turned it into a high-end, resort-style space. From initial design ideas down to the final details, working with Paul was an incredible experience. He has a sharp eye for craftsmanship and helped us bring a very specific vision to life—blending rich Western Red Cedar wood walls, dark charcoal-and-brass veined tile, custom cabinets, a walk in shower, and matte black fixtures into a seamless, high-end space.Paul’s communication, attention to detail, and dedication to getting every element right were outstanding throughout the entire process. The bathroom turned out better than we could have ever imagined. If you are looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and detail-oriented contractor for your home, I highly recommend Paul at Kochubey Homes!

Kochubey Homes did an amazing job helping us with our downstairs remodel after a flood. The project included new flooring and cabinets, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the finished result. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, thorough, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They were responsive, kept us informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable. We really appreciated how easy they were to work with and how much care they put into the details. We would absolutely recommend Kochubey Homes to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and genuinely pleasant team to work with. Thank you for helping us get our downstairs back to looking beautiful!

We recently completed a whole home remodel with the Kochubey team and are so blown away by the outcome and work they did. They are trustworthy, transparent, and communicative throughout the process. Paul maintains a high level of quality without sacrificing timeline. He finished two weeks earlier than we discussed and that was with multiple field changes and surprises along the way. And that is an 8 month project, which I feel would be hard to estimate and be on time. His team shows up on time or early every day and knows what they are doing. Paul shows up to the site daily, sometimes multiple times per day to make sure things are progressing. He also cleans the job site at the end of the day, which is nice and allows his team to hit the ground running the next morning. In a world where people are getting scammed by contractors left and right, we are so thankful to have been paired with Kochubey Homes. We have been in the house a few months now and just absolutely love it. You can not go wrong hiring Paul for your next project and will get what you pay for. We hired Luba to run our interior decorating and she had a lot of creative ideas that made our house into a home. The design choices created an aesthetic that never goes out of style and will last. Better Call Paul!

Paul and his team were hands down the most professional contractors that I’ve ever had an experience with. They provided us with constant updates, kept our project on track, and did a phenomenal job. Their work is top notch and they have a very fine attention to detail to make sure every aspect of their craftsmanship creates a high quality outcome. I also really appreciate that they were very clean and they kept to schedule. We will absolutely work with Paul again and we are very appreciative of his team’s work and our newly remodeled bathroom and laundry room. They helped improve the layout of a couple tight spaces that make the use of the area more functional and we love it. Paul stands behind his work. Highly recommend.

Paul is the kind of guy who doesn’t take shortcuts and does things the right way even if he’s the only one who will know. I’ve seen a couple of his projects and they were done incredibly well. His wife Luba is a joy! They not only have the skills and experience for home remodel, but they can also design and have really good taste. And best of all, super kind people. You won’t regret working with them!

Paul and Luba did a wonderful job on our Master Bathroom remodel. They are a great team and were highly attentive to our wishes and needs throughout the whole process. We will definitely be doing more projects with them in the future!

I highly recommend Kochubey Homes to anyone needing help with a remodeling project. Paul and his crew replaced my very large deck. From helping me decide on the best materials to use to explaining issues that came up along the way to completion Paul was pleasant and professional to work with. There were some electrical and plumbing issues that came up and Paul explained them to me and made sure they were fixed before proceeding. He also replaced a small deck between my two sheds and took care of some small things in that part of the property that made a big difference to me.

We have worked with and trusted Paul at Kochubey Homes on two major projects at our home. We had an outstanding experience with Paul and his wife Luba. Their honesty and transparency throughout the project gave us complete confidence. The quality of their work was exceptional—every detail was handled with precision and care. Plus, they went above and beyond by cleaning up the job site thoroughly each day, leaving everything tidy and organized. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them for any construction needs!"

We hired Kochubey Homes to remove the drywall in our detached garage, and the experience was outstanding. Paul and his crew were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. After removing the drywall, they treated the area for mold and pressure washed the floors, leaving the space clean and refreshed. The pricing was extremely competitive, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. They hauled everything away and left the site spotless. It’s rare to find a team that takes this much pride in their work.Highly recommend Kochubey Homes for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. He showed up promptly for the initial estimate and his written estimate was very detailed, unlike many other contractors we approached. When work began on the house, Paul was here on site daily throughout the process. His team of workers and the specialized service people (tile, plumbing, electrical, etc) were all polite and very professional.Paul’s work ethic and attention to detail/problem solving are bar none. We had a water leak that we did not know about and Paul not only repaired the damage but also went to great lengths to determine the source of the leak so that it would not occur again. The whole project turned out amazing and we couldn’t be happier. We had had a couple questions since the remodel and Paul always promptly returns our calls even now. Very satisfied customers, highly recommend!
