James our Salesman for the carpet we purchased was very helpful james had great communication through out the process. Tyler put the carpet in on the scheduled day. The carpet looks wonderful! Tyler is a hard worker with lots of experience. We would recommend Richard’s carpet to anyone!

The carpet install I would rate a 5/5 as the installer was a great person and did a fantastic job.I would subtract a star based on the office and financing experience. I gave them the carpet sample I would like at time of measurement but still required two seperate visits to the office to confirm, which could've been done in the first trip. This was an hour drive one way from my new house purchase and delayed install.They also confused their financing and we're chasing me for payment when they were supposed to bill the financer.Overall good install but their office and sales experience can be improved considering they were not the cheapest option and service was one of the reasons I chose them over competition.

We previously had our floors done by Floor Coverings International Osseo; it was not a good experience. When it came time to get the flooring done in another part of our house in Maple Grove, we knew we'd be better off working with a smaller business.We went with waterproof laminate for the lower level of the house. We are happy with our decision and pleased with the results. Good communication from start to finish. We were told the project would take 4 days, but it ended up being finished in 3. Of course, time will tell how the floors hold up, but so far so good! Highly recommend.
