Extremely disappointed with this office. I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance, provided my insurance information when I booked, and even confirmed it again during their appointment reminder call. Despite having all of my information ahead of time, they didn’t verify my insurance until I arrived for my appointment, only to tell me they don’t accept it and cancel my visit. This was a complete waste of my time and reflects poor office management. Patients shouldn’t have to take time off work or rearrange their schedules because the office failed to verify insurance before the appointment.
