From the initial phone call spending few min on the phone answer questions and visiting their showroom we knew that was a great fit. Trademark did an excellent job with constructing my house. Travis was proficient at supplying excellent vendors and companies to complete the construction. The construction was completed on time and without any flaws. Almost six years from my date of occupancy, his work has withstood the test of time. Aside from power and window washing, the house has required no additional maintenance.Prior to construction, Travis was very helpful in suggesting design changes which increased space for a minimal increase in cost.

Update: we had Trademark back to install a new matching dishwasher, range, and range hood. The work included a new full electrical line for the range as we switched from a "dual fuel" to a full gas range and only needed a 120 outlet. The fit is excellent, all materials and trash removed, old appliances disposed of, all working. Thank you Marvin and Mike :-)After a great experience with a total bathroom renovation back in 2012, we again had Trademark perform a smaller job this time - remove a 38 year old SubZero built-in and rework the space for a counter-depth refrigerator. As the SubZero was much taller and left a large opening above the new refrigerator, their designer Nona spotted a fix immediately: remove the larger wood panel that matched the cabinets from the SubZero, size and then mount it to create the appearance of a matching cabinet above the new refrigerator. Their carpenters Marvin and Mike did great work with the wood panel and the rest of the "box", creating an attractive install rather than a "workaround". As we're planning a total kitchen renovation later in the year, this was a great solution to let us install a freezer that actually stays cold now until we're ready for the rest of the renovation :-)

I planned on taking a fiberglass one piece shower out that was original with my house construction. My best friend, who happens to be a contractor, was adamant about using Onyx shower pans. The problem is that you can no longer order them at a Big Box Store. They now have to be ordered through direct dealers. Most of the direct dealers near me are construction companies that want to do the entire installation or they would not deal with me at all. I called several companies that would not even return my call for purchasing the shower pan only. TradeMark Construction Design & Remodeling did. They scheduled an appointment for me to come to their show room. There, we picked out the shower pan color as well as tile that would complement the pan. Vasilios was most helpful at picking out grout colors that matched the tile and pan. He worked up a price quote for the pan, tile, and grout that I found to be reasonable. I did not feel that he was trying to get the last nickel off the table. TradeMark Construction Design & Remodeling personnel were friendly and helpful to work with. I highly recommend them.

We needed assistance with a loose piece of aluminum siding on the peak of the roof that had left some wood exposed; also some drywall repair near our dishwasher was needed. They came, assessed the situation, quickly fixed both items in the same day, and left the work area very clean, after removing all the debris. They were friendly, quick and professional. We looked at several different companies when considering our kitchen renovations and theirs was our go-to as they included all contractor, electric, and plumbing along with design. Christine their office manager was always friendly and thorough. Nona was our project lead and she could not have been better. She is direct yet kind and perfectly organized. Mike and Marvin were the two contractors doing the work and again, we've never had such respectful and thorough folks in our home doing work.I wish I could give Trademark ten stars. They completely put us at ease with such a financial investment and it felt worth it every step of the way. We absolutely love our new kitchen.
