Very professional and efficient. My carpet and couch was a mess due to being exposed to dogs that had used the restroom on them several times. Not only are the pet stains gone but it smells amazing now and there’s no dog smell.

The technician called and offered an earlier appt due to cancellations. He threw in my area rug at no charge. While my carpet is in pretty good condition, he was in and out in 35 minutes. Friendly and professional.

I recently saw the Home Services Simple special for carpet cleaning on FB. We were interested in what the $109 special included. Isidro the Property Account Manager stated it’s for three rooms including the hallway so we decided to give them a try.Isidro was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns about some spots on the carpet. I’m really glad we chose them and impressed as our carpets looks great! Their services are very affordable so we will definitely continue to use their services next for air duct cleaning and any future carpet cleanings.

HSS cleaned my ducts. They provided before and after photos showing the ducts completely cleaned. It’s a hard job and they were very professional and courteous. Based on ourexperience with them we signed up for their carpet cleaning and duct cleaning annual service.
