Such a great idea to have the newborn photo shoot provided straight at the hospital! Loved it and so glad we did this! The photographer was so friendly and gave us clear instructions for the photos. I could tell that she’s very experienced with newborns and posed our baby safely and carefully. Made the photos look lovely even in the midst of our mess in the hospital room, lol. I also loved the quick and quality turnaround. The price was reasonable, and I liked that we could take the photoshoot for free then see the edited final album before we made the decision to purchase a package. Would have loved to have been more prepared for the photoshoot (e.g., packed a cute swaddle/outfit for the baby and brought my makeup); maybe it would be nice to have your flyer included in the delivery brochure that was given to the pregnant patients during the prenatal OB visits? After a long struggle with infertility, our daughter finally arrived so we loved the idea of family photos in at the hospital. This service is amazing. Right after the birth of a child at the hospital the last thing most people think of is, I should hire a photographer.If you don't like the photos you don't have to purchase and you are not out anything. They edit the photos on the spot and give you the option to purchase later. Love that this exists and we are fortunate to have this business around. Less

- Naive unexperienced Photographers-- Out of focus photos.-- Less sense of foreground, background & depth of image.-- Subject in the photos were not clicked well. Eg. Ribbons/hairs were cut from the frame.- Poor Customer Support who were trying to represent poor work as their best work and not willing to resolve issue. Less

How does these amazing photographers have only 1 star? Can i start by saying i'm BACK after 5yrs buying this as a baby shower gift? My personal experience:This was 2018. There was no pandemic or masks or any of that. I birthed at Fairview Riverside's U of M Masonic Birthing Center. I called once we got into a permanent room. I remember the photographer was female, not that it matters, but i remember how extremely kind she felt. Sometimes if i'm overstimulated I can feel people's energies stronger than normal and she was just so nice. I remember that. I remember not using the pink blanket I'd wanted because the photographer made a very astute call to use a textured background. Listen....they edited all the pictures they took, sent me a link to a professionally done up video edit, and it was just breathtaking. The opening sequence, the editing, the little music they used lol. It was gorgeous. I am not unfamiliar with professional photog edits and this folks was gorgeous. The final product (that i could afford) was mailed to me in a HARD protected envelope. Double points for shipping and using the appropriate materials! They matter folks. I can not wait to see how they've grown. I'm so excited to gift this. Less

Don’t waste you money booking your newborn photo session with this company. Your iPhone or Android can do a better editing job ( I received unedited pictures of my newborn which were subsequently touched up but it didn’t make that much difference) . Their session will only last about 30 minutes which is a joke when you’re trying to get an upset newborn to cooperate with taking pictures( I later found out, many other newborn photographers have 2-3 hours photo sessions for the same price). Because their sessions are so short, it leaves almost no time for creativity. The photographer is trying to get as many poses as they can. As a result you get several similar pictures that capture baby doing the same thing. Find another photographer that wants to spend time taking the best shots of your newborn. This company will not give you your money back either. Less
