Very disappointed with our experience with Earthworks. We scheduled for them to come out and give us a bid to clear our land, and they simply never showed up. No phone call, no message, and no attempt to let us know they weren’t coming. My husband tried calling and couldn’t get anyone to answer. When I called, they finally answered and explained that they had gotten busy and were having problems on another job.We completely understand that unexpected things happen, but leaving customers waiting without even the courtesy of a phone call is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Our time is valuable too. If they had simply contacted us and explained the situation, we would have understood. Instead, we were left wondering what happened and had to track them down ourselves. Based on this experience, we were very disappointed with the level of communication and professionalism.

Bill and his team are outstanding. I am a retired US Military combat veteran and fell unable to properly care for my property. The entire rear of my property was so overgrown with a large dieing tree, a failing deck and quite a bit or overgrown vegetation. Bill's team showed up exactly as he stated, got equient prepped, and went straight to work. It was quite the large job but they transformed my property in just 2 days. They worked efficiently and in constant motion, singularly focused on the work. I did get opportunities to talk to the team and Bill is highly available and responsive for coordination and questions. After all my observation and conversation with them, it was clear to me that Bill is not just a friendly, successful business man and his men just workers. Bill is a leader and his men a motivated and dedicated team that follow that leader. I consider myself truly fortunate to have found Bill and the team at EarthWorx. I highly recommend hiring them as you will not be disappointed. My experience was outstanding as I know yours will also be. God Bless Bill and his team.

The EarthWorx team went above and beyond to get our property cleared and in great shape. They were the only company I found that handles forestry mulching along with major tree work. I highly recommend them for any project!
