Great place to workout, the atmosphere is amazing and makes you feel very welcome

Have signed up for six week initial course having been appalled at a photo taken. Haven’t exercised in 20 years but these guys are just so supportive and welcoming. They all know their stuff and adjust for individual abilities. Adam is our personal supervisor and is just great. He gets where we are and where we want to be. Small group training is perfect combination of encouragement challenge and support. Absolutely wish I’d done this ages ago and don’t think they’ll get rid of me for a while yet.

I signed up to the Armoury coaching sessions over a 6 week period. I’ve defo made an improvement over 3 weeks so really pleased with that. Over half a stone lost and can see a huge difference in my body so happy days. The training is really good and the coaches are great. 40 minute sessions of HIT makes such a difference. You don’t have to fight with 20 somethings in a regular gym to get on the machines which is why I like training at Armoury studios. Everyone in the small group training sessions are really nice. My health has improved my sleep and improved and that’s all thanks to Armoury studios and the coaches.

I’ve been with The Armoury Coaching Studio three weeks now and honestly it is the first gym I have ever been motivated to visit and thoroughly enjoyed so far! The coaches are top notch and the weekly check ins keep you on your toes. Definitely recommend if you’re not a fan of the large scale gyms and need that bit of motivation !!

Started these pt thinking just going to be a doddle 🤦🏼‍♂️ however it was total the opposite 40 mins of pure hard work. The best thing is about the session is the time flies while you’re having fun and the couches are top notch and the way they push you through each round is amazing. It’s little group of 6 sessions but the way the coaches work it it’s like solo pts. Would 1000000% say it’s worth every penny the weight difference in a few weeks is unbelievable
