Fair price, friendly and quick.MUST improve the cleanliness of the front and backreally need to improve the cleanliness of the windows and front and rear glass. In the shadow of the parking lot everything, looks fine, but once you hit the road it is risky since the other cars’ lights the or the sun rays diffract the light DURING THE NIGHT. Same thing happens at night leaving the driver blind. Hope they improve the cleaning process. This is the only complaint, but it is of the most dangerous nature.

Very good experience with Target. I recommend them for renting a vehicle in Puerto Rico. 👍
