Wilfredo helped me with my reservation and made the whole process super easy. Everything was ready when I arrived and I didn’t have to deal with any stress or delays. I’ve rented from them multiple times and honestly never had a bad experience. Everyone is always kind, respectful, and willing to help.I actually prefer renting from them instead of the airport because the service feels more personal and the prices are much better. You can tell they care about their customers, which is rare these days because apparently basic customer service has become a mythical creature people only hear about in stories. Highly recommend them.
