I showed up here on a referral from a friend. I was really struggling with some chronic, painful issues that conventional chiropractic care was no longer really helping resolve. I used to think chiropractic care was all aggressive twisting, cracking, and popping, and I wanted nothing to do with it. Then I found Drs. Haley and Anna, and everything changed!!! Their adjustments are super gentle (zero twisting or loud pops) and leave me feeling relaxed and way less tense for the rest of the day. It’s actually calmed my nervous system so much that my everyday anxiety has gone down. Bonus- I can hike and walk longer without the hip pain that used to bother me all the time.
