I’m about as skeptical and cynical as it gets about chiropractors. I’ve been to lots of chiropractors over the years, and the vast majority have only dealt with immediate pain relief for me. Since I’ve been seeing these ladies, my chronic back pain is no longer chronic, and when I’ve done things recently that normally would have “thrown my back out”, I’m not having that happen. That in itself says a lot about what their treatment is doing for me.

I'm really glad I found Desert Pine! I've had chronic low back pain for years and didn't want to see a chiropractor because I'm afraid of traditional chiropractic techniques. Desert Pine's TRT technique (basically micro adjustments) is very gentle and safe, and it's taking some time but is so helpful. I'm an extremely sensitive person so I'm really excited that I found a place that prioritizes gentle treatment like this. Tbh my back still hurts (in new and different ways lol, things are shifting around a lot as I'm getting aligned) and the treatment itself isn't 100% comfortable for me, but I can tell that I'm really getting better and dealing with less stiffness and mobility restriction in general, and I'm excited that after years of being stuck things are finally changing. Plus the team is so nice, they offer great information about spinal and nervous system care and healing, and I feel really encouraged to keep working on my health which is awesome for me! 😊✨

I started care at Desert Pine Chiropractic in March for arm pain and tingling, rib pain, scoliosis-related issues, and a dysregulated nervous system. i was in a car accident in January 2026 i was on the freeway and hit head on. i had major injuries. before the accident i was working 4 jobs and full time school. 5 years of stress plus a major accident so my back is very messed up. i’ve never been a huge fan of chiro it scared me seeing the big cracks so i never went. the tools they use are super gentle but make a huge difference! i love that desert pine focuses on your nervous system because PTSD, anxiety. depression, i had it all and i feel a big difference only going here for about 2 months. improved my sleep also. everyone is super nice, informative and friendly when i first came in and made me feel really comfortable, they also have doggos greet you at the door! i’d choose desert pine a million times over. i wouldn’t go anywhere else for chiropractic care.
