I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with this office. I was referred by a friend of mine and have been going here for 5 years now. The staff is warm, inviting, and great at what they do. They will take the time to care for you as a person as well as your oral health. It makes the experience one that I look forward to twice a year. Good Dentist but runs a shady accounting procedure, am lucky enough to have two dental policies, Medicaid took care of most of it put the rest on a credit card filed a claim with my secondary insurer was lucky enough to get them to pay an additional amount. After receiving notice that payments were made to her practice I called to get my money because I had a zero balance with Elem dental. A month later no money when I called was informed I have to wait till the end of the month to get my money. Now 4 weeks past them receiving the checks from my secondary insurance. Said the wrote refunds at the end of the month. Went by today June 1 and was informed that Dr Morgan decided to send the money to my credit card company. Called care credit no payment has been received. When I question the lying Doctor was informed she’s is required to send any extra money to the Credit card company. Called the credit card company and spoke to their legal department. They have no such rule in their contract Dr Lilly Morgan likes to use any extra money she receives for whatever purpose she deems. What an UNETHICAL and sleazy business practice . Will be following suit and also contacting the Texas Board of Dentistry . I think a forensic accounting of her records may reveal a sordid business ethics past
