Very good home inspection for a specific date/time. Made sure I knew about all the specific items that need to be addressed at some point in time. I felt comfort in knowing what needs addressing.

We had such a great experience with Eunice! The Xcellence Home inspector! As homebuyers, having someone who is thorough and really takes the time to explain what they’re seeing makes such a huge difference. Our inspector was extremely detailed and didn’t just rush through the property checking boxes. He took his time, pointed things out to us as he went, explained what was concerning and why, and made sure we understood everything. He caught some important issues that we definitely needed to know about before moving forward, and we left the inspection feeling much more informed and confident about the home we’re purchasing. The entire process was professional, informative, and honestly gave us a lot of peace of mind. The inspection report was detailed and easy to understand as well.I would absolutely recommend Eunice from Xcellence Home Inspection to anyone buying a home. You WANT an inspector who is going to look at that house like they’re buying it themselves, and that’s exactly how we felt throughout our inspection. Money very well spent!
