We noticed that our new (to us) home had some moss beginning to grow on the roof that we wanted to address and hired Pane Pal to clean the roof and gutters. Communication was quick and clear and the tech that serviced our home did a very thorough job and walked my partner through a few items after the work was complete. Great experience with Pane Pal. We're in Arlington Heights, right off a main road, so things get dirty fast.Originally hired them for solar panel cleaning after our solar company recommended it during an inspection. I always assumed rain took care of the panels, but clearly not.Since they offer other exterior services, we had them take care of the windows and gutters too while he was already here. He unclogged the downspouts at no extra charge and even inspected our dryer vent airflow. Made sure everything was working properly before leaving.Windows came out crystal clear, panels were cleaned with the right equipment and purified water, and nothing felt rushed. He was careful around the property the whole time. The before-and-after photos were a nice touch- easy to see the difference and trust the work was done right.Best exterior cleaner we've found in Cook County. Professional, thorough, highly recommended.
