I am leaving 5 stars because I promised to rate the final outcome of the work, and the roof itself is in good condition now. Sam is an excellent communicator during the sales process and is very easy to work with.However, I cannot recommend this company for future projects due to a major breakdown in coordination between management and the crew. We explicitly agreed to replace three sections of soft plywood. Yet, the crew only replaced one section before sealing the entire roof with underlayment. When I pointed this out, they had to rip off the new underlayment and reopen the roof to fix the remaining two spots.This process was not only incredibly inefficient but left unnecessary 'scars' and additional damage on my roof from having to tear it open twice. While the team eventually corrected their errors to finish the job, the lack of communication that led to this avoidable damage is unacceptable. I appreciate the final quality, but because of these coordination issues, I would not choose to work with Apollo Roofing again.
