I needed my iPhone’s battery replaced urgently as it was randomly shutting off. I sent a service request, received a price quote, and brought my device in. I misunderstood the scheduling, thinking it was a while-you-wait thing, which it was not. Totally my fault. Regardless, they said they would try to get my device ready before the end of their business day, which was right before I was due to leave town on a business trip. They delivered, and I was very happy to be able to take my device with me, in perfect working order! Excellent service, and the employee taking care of me was very professional.
