Absolutely the best run residential service business I've ever worked with. Yes, they specialize in roofing and exteriors but their service is top notch beyond their specialty. This is how a service company should be run. From the moment we first called them, they were responsive, calming, ready, and willing to help. It started with hidden leaks caused by hail damage that didn't fully materialize until TS Debby passed through Savannah. Thomas, Logan, and team knew their stuff and had the data on prior hail storms in the area. They also immediately offered to tarp our roof, without any commitment from us. They also know how to deal with insurance companies and "hand held" us through our initial claims call. They reviewed our insurance policy, which helped us better understand how to interact with our carrier. When it came time for our insurer to inspect the roof to determine what they would cover, Lowco was here to meet them and made sure they saw all the indications of damage. This was instrumental in moving things forward. And Thomas checked in with us regularly, making stops at our home even when just a phone call would likely do. Thomas also pointed out some structural issues with our radial dormers, and that ours were not properly framed or shingled previously. Logan and his crew rebuilt my chimney box and replaced the cap when we moved in to our new house. It wasn’t flashed correctly, so he fixed that too! They did quality work at a fair price, arrived on time and finished within a couple days! Logan was very responsive & helpful. After last nights Tropical Storm, we woke up in the middle of the night with a roof leak. Called Logan at 830am and he arrived at 10:15 to help out! Tom and his team did a phenomenal job redoing my roof. I had hail damage which prompted us to need a roof. After speaking with half a dozen outfits Mr. Lance knocked on my door like many others to solicit the job. Unlike the others Tom immediately gave me the feeling that I could trust him and his team to not only perform a quality job but to also make dealing with my home owners insurance his priority and not mine which took a ton of pressure off of me. 👏 These guys showed up on time and got straight to business! Thomas came out quickly (right after a storm might I add) and quoted an entire roof replacement for a home we were hoping to purchase. His quote was very competitive… but the best part - he showed up on the day & time he said he was going to. That's few and far between with contractors. Thomas even translated his quote/replacement process for me in layman’s terms because I know nothing of roofs other than they’re supposed to keep you dry… until they don’t. We ended up purchasing a different home, also needing a new roof, which we will be scheduling with Thomas in the coming months once I figure out what color we want.
