Living in a small town in Wise County north of the metroplex this was our second home, leaving the first one of 40 years. It was not our plan but Gods. We were older and knew the hard work ahead of us as we lean on Him for direction, but was a bigger undertaking than we could have ever imagined. We are so thankful that He brought Monica into our lives. Monica started the journey with us in May 2022. I knew from the moment I spoke to her on the first phone call she was the one we could work with. Monica communicated her love and desire for the work she does. She listened and asked questions about our family history and gathered family photographs that she incorporated into the design. She took our lifestyle needs and ideas, noting every detail, and applying it to the vision ahead. There was never a moment she let her guard down. She was always on point and would keep in touch through the week by phone or on site visits. She knew we would be very much involved and she never had a problem but very much welcomed that. Her communication skills are second to none. Monica took care of contacts with contractors, plumbers, flooring and tile and all others. She went above and beyond the scope of her work in dealing with them. The furniture selection she and I worked on were well thought out. Even keeping the man of the house in the loop of the discussions. The list goes on. She stood her ground when others became hard to work with and even tried to make her job go away. She took a lot, but she always had our support because of her work ethic and hard work and desire for a successful ending. She was always reliable and willing to do whatever was needed to make this journey more pleasant for us. Her continued contact and support after the completion has been tremendous. We love our new home and look forward to making many memories in our dream retirement home.
