Best Coast Plumbing is truly the Royce Rolls company of plumbing. I had a huge 3 bathroom issue on mother's day, and I was recommend by a friend to call Brandon and his team. Given that it's a holiday, i wouldn't expect anyone to come between 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Brandon said don't worry...I will be there in 1 1/2 hour. I was impressed, reassured, and relieved that Best Coast Plumbing was able to come in such short notice.This is also not the only reason why I express how this company is truly the best...1. The bathrooms issues were fixed on mother's day and cleaned immediately2. Brandon and his team are always on time or 10 minutes in advance.3. This company is truly remarkable when it comes to hospitality, detailed information about their work in content and with videos/pictures.4. They do their job as professionals and they don't just put a band aid on your issue... they give you options on everything, but most importantly the bigger issues that should be addressed. (depending on your budget), and gets the work done if not the day of, the following day.5. They do DISCOUNTS!!!6. They are very kind and understand with elderly people, and will never take advantage.I wouldn't go with any other companies, because if you want something to last for a very long time, especially in plumbing, you should get it done from Best Coast Plumbing because you are not the one's going under ground or through your walls to fix your issues. I can not say enough great things about Brendan and his team. I called him in a panic after moving into a new home, and to our horror the sink was not set up properly and leaking badly. He had me send him pictures, had a game plan before he even arrived. This is the most personal, professional, go out of their way, and over the top plumbing company you will find. Beyond doing what he came here to fix, he showed me other areas of concern, where my main water turn off is, checked out water pressure, and walked me through the entire process. I am a customer for life. Forget the larger chain plumbers, go with Best Coast Plumbing for the best care.

Brendan and Best Coast Plumbing is THE best as the name implies!! Ceiling water leak found Saturday night and he was there Sunday to find the leak and fix it. Complicating the situation, we were headed out on vacation and would be on a plane while he’d be at our house. With plane WiFi and texting, he sent us pictures and an easy to follow description of what happened and proposal to repair it. All easy to review and approve from my phone. He’s professional, courteous, does what he says he will do, shows up on time and excellent work. Also has great contacts for the restoration and drywall repairs we needed to finish up the complete repair of our house. We’ve been using one of the largest plumbing co’s for 15 years and they now have an unreliable AI robot taking their calls and scheduling service. Brendan and Best Coast Plumbing has our business going forward!

Among them were a tub drain issue, a new bathroom faucet installation, and a sump pump replacement. BCP addressed these all in a timely manner and within the bid they had submitted. We had our gas shut off due to a leaking pipe. Called Best Coast and they were able to immediately come out and diagnose the issue. They were able to fix and replace the faulty pipe same day and we had gas turned back on before dinner time. Professional service, quality work, and fair pricing.
