We had a significant drainage issue in our backyard (requiring us to operate a sump pump). Brendan gave us a few options that ranged from full replacement to spot repairs to address the issue. His quotes we very detailed and he went though all the options with us. We ultimately went with a full replacement of the area drain, during which he helped us understand the whole process.In these last couple large storms we've no longer experienced any flooding or drainage issues. I would definitely work with Brendan again, and highly recommend him.

Best Coast Plumbing (Brendan) did an excellent job late Saturday evening to repair and replace a drainpipe that had a crack on it and as result there was a leakage. He pinpointed the leakage. And he worked tirelessly until late Saturday night until the job was completed, pipe was replaced and the leakage was stopped. West Coast Plumbing did a great job and Brendan was very profession, courteous, accommodating, and polite.He explained the problem and answered all my question. I highly recommend Best Coast Plumbing (Brendan) and give it an A+ grade.

My water heater broke down and Brendan came to the rescue right away to replace it that same afternoon. He installed the new water heater, cleaned up everything in the garage on his way out, and didn't leave until he made sure that the new water heater was running and I had warm water again in the house. He charged a very reasonable rate, gave me a first-time customer discount, and was super friendly from start to finish, including answering all of my questions. So glad I found him--definitely the best plumber I've ever used!
