I called a few time asking for tonneau cover ideas and James was very helpful. When I finally made my mind up the one I wanted had to be ordered. I knew that and figured it would take a week or two to get but they got it the next day. I made an appointment and had it installed and it ended up costing exactly what I was quoted. Honestly, once I made my mind up it went a lot quicker than I thought and I'm very glad I chose Total Appearance. When everything was finished the owner met me at my truck and gave me a tutorial on all the features and sent me on my way. I plan on using these guys in the future if I need any additional work done on my truck. Thanks!Update: I went back to them when I got a new truck and had the same positive experience. In fact, I'm looking for some electrical work and they're the first place I reached out to.Update #3 - Back again with a new truck!
