When I clicked the bad link (who knew emailing the sender to determine if a link is legit doesn't work any more?? not me, that's who!) and then my desktop Support Ticket agent froze up, I panicked and called - Jose answered the phone and was able to jump right on my computer and make sure I was ok. Then Chris called back to follow up and do the deep dive work to make Absolutely Certain that no bad operators were in our system - and in less than 2 hours all of my panic was gone and I'm comfortably safe inside the moat that Univision has put around our castle. People, if you don't have good security, you might as well print your financial info on billboards.. And all your customers info, too... Peace of mind is Priceless.
