We have used ISMI for several surgeries and physical therapy and have always come back.Most recently, my son had an extensive knee injury from football. We saw Dr Miller as always, and she got him right in for an MRI and scheduled for surgery. Taylor kept us informed on everything and was always availabe for questions. For surgery, she had to do a complete ACL rebuild with bone graphs, multiple minicus repairs and reattach his MCL.The surgery went great.We knew the recovery time was 9-12 months and used ISMI physical therapy.Lindsay and Sean were amazing. We worked back and forth between them twice a week for a few months and then once a month for the last. They were very involved and working him back into sports.We just had our final Biodex at 9 months with Ben and my son passed with flying colors and is able to go back to football and track.Everyone is so friendly and rooting for your recovery all the way!

I have been so impressed with this facility. They called to schedule within 2 days of a referral being put in, their schedule was only out for my 1st apt. about 1 week, and the wait in the lobby was only minutes.They are skilled and knowledgeable. Knew my MRI, symptoms and concerns upon arrival rather than having to look it all over while I sat there and waited. They helped validate what I was experiencing and came up with options for a fix or help that could happen immediately. Apt. 2 was the very next day where they explained Everything that was going to happen and what to expect, no surprises could ever come after their thoroughness! I'll be back 1 to 2 more times for continted care and look forward to a positive outcome for something that has been ailing me for 4 months.

Dr Grimm is awesome! Two of my kids have seen him recently for broken bones. He has been thorough and personable. He answers my many questions and even took time to answer even more questions we had later. Even though we have to drive 45 minutes to see him, I will!
