Very honest. My mac book i was using for a year suddenly stopped working. I bought it to steven he had a look at it and told me there was a lot of corrosion and motherboard & its damage. I learnt that it was from the previos owner. 3 days later im getting a brand mew mac book from him working much better than it did before and no fan sounds or anything when bootin up. And he charged me much less compared to other stores who would charge over 800$.
