Unfortunately we brought bed bugs back with us from a holiday last summer… contacted Asim in such a panic and he was immediately so reassuring and promised to sort it for me. I was sceptical because I’d spent way too long reading up about these horrible creatures online and convincing myself I would have them forever….. it’s now been 5 months since the heat treatment and im so happy to say we have had no activity since- (and I check everyday still 🙈)Asim was so helpful and patient with me, offering lots of reassurance before the treatment with advice about prep etc and calming me down when I was in a pure panic.Honestly cannot thank him enough. We live in Birmingham and recently had an infestation of bedbugs. Anyone who has been through this experience or is going through it right now will know it can cause alot of severe stress and anxiety. It can be a very traumatic experience. When people are at their most vulnerable they need a trustworthy and reliable pest control company for help. This is definitely the right place to go to. Assem and Taimur are amazing individuals. They are honest, hardworking, patient and supportive. Their communication was brilliant, they answered continuous questions we had and were always very respectful and dignified towards us.One of my family members has serious health issues, both Assem and Taimur were very supportive towards him and were always available to listen to his concerns and provide supportive answers and practical solutions. It honestly felt like they were a part of our family.Assem is highly experienced and has real depth of knowledge. He gave us huge insights into bedbugs, their life cycle, how they spread and so on. He was able to assess our house and work out what treatment was needed.We had the heat treatment and the house was sprayed twice. Assem and his team did what they promised and I thank God Almighty that we found these people at such a difficult time in our lives.

Unfortunately, due to a flatmate that seemed to not care at all, the entire flat had the unfortunate pleasure of getting to know what it means to live with bedbugs...When the landlord hired an initial service that didn't help much, they then hired Asim. Within a short time, we received great help, starting with a heat treatment which eradicated the main source of bedbugs, followed up with a spray treatment to gain control over what was left.Asim's service is excellent and communication is very easy and straightforward. It was a pleasure having conversations with him, and his knowledge made everything less worrying.These small bedbugs really can be tough to get rid of, but with the right service, like Asim's, you won't have a problem at all. I can just highly recommend him.

For any pest control issues, they aren’t like other companies that rip you off, The owner is brilliant, I contacted regarding what I thought was a bed bug issue after travelling, Asim talked me through everything and was extremely knowledgeable and put my anxiety at ease, it turned out I had carpet beetles and was advised on how to treat this myselfThank you so much for all your help 5 stars x
