While the staff did a good job at cleaning my apartment, one cleaner accidentally broke my crystal Swarovski bear that my daughter got from her Godfather as a baptism gift. I was also told she was going through a hard time in her personal life and that could have also been another reason why she accidentally broke my daughters crystal bear. Maybe working that day wasn't such a great idea since her mind was elsewhere. I understand accidents happen and I was told they would replace it and refused to deduct 150 from my bill as that's the price for this item. They replaced it by cutting corners and purchasing it on EBAY for $125. Then I even got stuck with paying for the international shipping fees which was $26. To add insult to injury when I opened the package the flower peddle was broke after waiting a couple of months for this item. This is how they "make it right"? I don't think so. I don't want to use cleaning services from a company who cuts corners for their clients when the fault was of their own. Beware of your personal items.

It was nice experience.. very satisfied with bathrooms and kitchen. Overall it was good but I would say please from next time be specific on time. Like this time first it was scheduled to 2 then changed to 3pm but till 3:30 nobody showed up so I texted and confirmed the appointment and then they came up around 3:40. Else I am happy thanks for cleaning my house.

Really loved their work. They cleaned in areas I didn't expect they would, for example : a light dusting of boyfriend's gaming keyboard 😂, the top of my record player, window sills etc. Just shows their attention to detail. I'm definitely going forward with committing for a bi weekly clean. Nadia and Mo were also really sweet and nice.
