Cleaning date/time was adjusted by KCP close to the day of - we were flexible, but do not book on weekends. Cleaners arrived with all materials necessary and the home was cleaned to a high standard before we moved in. Would book again!

My cleaning job wasn't easy, but it also wasn't dire. A lot of work when into cleaning, but needed help getting through it. I orderedba deep cleaning with extras like the oven, stairs carpets, etc. I also had them leave the laundry on the bed for me to handle and not to go into the 2nd room (my office) where I was working from home. NOT CLEANED WERE THE FOLLOWING: the oven (and I paid extra for that), under the portable dishwasher, window sills and baseboards. They also used my brand new mop and bucket, which was fine, but the FAQ says they use their own stuff. And a big deal? A brand new pair of jeans were thrown out or gone missing. Oh and the carpet Cleaners tracked grime and dirt into my ktkche and entry way so I had to do the floors over after they left. For over $700 spent I lost in the $45 fee to clean the over as well as $120 on the jeans. Oh and the manager called me after to admonish me that the house was worse than what I said it was when his Cleaners said it was very easy to handle and just more a needed deep clean. Only one small stubborn issue according to the Cleaners. The ladies? Amazing. The kept checking on me sensing I was anxious and embarrassed. Very sweet.

I reached out to Kanata pro clean some time ago to get my home deep cleaned and the carpets cleaned.Their team did an exemplary job getting my place back looking A1 and making my place feel like home again.You absolutely pay for what you get and the customer relations, services provided were wonderful.Would highly recommend this company to anyone who requires a home cleaning.

While the staff did a good job at cleaning my apartment, one cleaner accidentally broke my crystal Swarovski bear that my daughter got from her Godfather as a baptism gift. I was also told she was going through a hard time in her personal life and that could have also been another reason why she accidentally broke my daughters crystal bear. Maybe working that day wasn't such a great idea since her mind was elsewhere. I understand accidents happen and I was told they would replace it and refused to deduct 150 from my bill as that's the price for this item. They replaced it by cutting corners and purchasing it on EBAY for $125. Then I even got stuck with paying for the international shipping fees which was $26. To add insult to injury when I opened the package the flower peddle was broke after waiting a couple of months for this item. This is how they "make it right"? I don't think so. I don't want to use cleaning services from a company who cuts corners for their clients when the fault was of their own. Beware of your personal items.
