My oldest son was 5 years old when he first started attending Francois Academy, and he is now 10. My middle son started when he was 1 year old and is now 7. My youngest son began attending at just 9 weeks old and is now 5 years old.Over the years, I have never had any issues with this daycare. As a parent, there is nothing more important than knowing your children are safe, loved, and cared for while you're away, and Francois Academy has consistently provided that peace of mind. If anything ever happens, I am always notified in a timely manner, and communication has always been excellent.The owner is absolutely amazing. She is loving, compassionate, professional, and truly cares about every child and family that walks through the doors. She holds her staff accountable and ensures the children are always treated with kindness, patience, and respect. The staff members are friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's growth and well-being.Any concerns I have ever had were addressed and resolved quickly, usually the same day. That level of responsiveness and professionalism is hard to find. The environment is welcoming, clean, and family-oriented, making it easy for parents to feel comfortable and confident in their child's care.My children genuinely enjoy going to Francois Academy. They have built lasting friendships, developed important social skills, and are excited to learn every day. My oldest has even learned coding, which shows the academy's commitment to providing educational opportunities beyond the basics. All three of my boys come home talking about something new they learned, whether it's academic skills, creative activities, or life lessons.What I appreciate most is that Francois Academy feels like an extension of our family. The staff celebrates the children's achievements, encourages their growth, and creates a positive environment where every child can thrive.I highly recommend Francois Academy to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, educational, and loving place for their children. I am so grateful to have found Francois Academy! Just as the name implies, it is more than just a daycare. The entire staff genuinely cares for the children and it shows. From the nutritious real food they provide, to the engaging lesson plans they develop each week, and all the fun events the kids from the community get to participate in. They go above and beyond when caring for my children. I am confident my kids are safe and secure here and that type of peace of mind is priceless!

My autistic daughter has been attending Francois Academy since late September of last year; the amount of patience and understanding that Mrs. Roxy, Winter, and the other wonderful ladies has shown me and my daughter places a special amount of peace and comfortability that most daycares do not provide. My mother was diagnosed with brain cancer, and from February to April my daughter couldn’t attend because we was with her. They put my account on hold so that I wouldn’t be charged tuition, and kept her spot (as long as I was keeping them updated on the situation). I’m very grateful especially being a single mother that Mrs. Roxy, Winter, Quen, and all the other ladies have shown me grace. I love that they accept kids that most daycares will deny. I love that my 5 year old (who was 4 when she started) is being equipped with the same criteria of the school system. Even with being a super anxious parent who has been paranoid because of past daycare’s situation, they still worked with and my attitude (not to be confused with just flat out being disrespectful or intolerable). They have periodic events for the parents (whether at the daycare or an overnight stay for the kids). Mrs. Roxy does not play about having a team that cares to the development, safety, and care of the children there. Me and my daughter love Mrs. Roxy and the rest of the staff dearly. Take my word for it and go tour this amazing facility!

First off, some of the people at this center are more like family to me. Ms Roxy goes above and beyond for any and everyone. She’s definitely a wonderful person inside and out! It’s been a little over 2 years since I’ve enrolled my kiddos here. Unfortunately I’ve had to move my two eldest to a different center due to us moving to a different area for school purposes, but my youngest two are here and I don’t mind making that drive every morning because there’s no other place I’d rather have them! Their curriculum is amazing as well! The kiddos actually learn and retain what’s being taught to them.

My daughter has been attending here for almost 3 months now & we really enjoy it! I love how they actually teach the kids & do fun activities. Most daycares leave kids in a room with no interaction. this one does not, they are all about sensory& motor skills. My daughter loves Fridays bc it is splash day!!! I highly recommend this daycare. Ms. Roxanne is amazing & my daughter's teacher Ms. Esmeralda is very sweet 🫶🏼❤️ thank you all for providing great care for these children, we know this job is not easy!!!

First thing first. Mrs. Roxy has to be heaven sent because the way she took in my autistic grandson from day one I knew this place was going to be a perfect fit. Every morning when I dropped off my little man I felt safe and secure that he would be fed looked after and would be at school on time. Her approach on learning first and feeding the mind made me feel like his day would not just be spent just playing and games. So if you're in need of a daycare with a staff that maintains a loving spirit to all the children and cares about the child's well being, you've come to the right place.

Before I found Francois Academy I had been looking for a Daycare for about 3 month. I called left a message and Mrs. Ashley called me back same day, she was very professional and gave me the break down on everything. My kids has been going to Francois Academy for about 6 months now and I have seen a tremendous change in them, nothing but growth, love and learning. The staff is very friendly and respectful. I get a report on each one of my kids everyday. My 5yr old love when they take him to school and pick him up, everyone at daycare is his friend. My 2yr old is in the terrible 2 stage but his teacher is very patient with him and keep him motivated to do the right thing, and my 6month old he just smile and baby talk to everyone.

The Francois academy is amazing! My kids have been there for almost two years now and I will say that they have taken great care of them! My youngest cries when it is time for me to pick her up and can’t wait to get to school the next day to play and learn. Ms. Roxy, Ms.Grenee and all of their staff are awesome. The owner is good at what she does. From teaching children life skills to potty training to showing my children respect as individuals. It's the only daycare I feel safe to leave my children at and still have a peace of mind so I can do what I do best from day to day. Thanks FA!

My two daughters have been going to the academy for 7 months now. It has been a good experience so far. They take great care of my girls and feed them well. My three year old would cry initially (first time) but now she runs up to her teachers when she arrives and always talking about her friends at home. They go on field trips, plenty activities, and my three year old is advancing academically! My seven year old daughter gets upset when I pick them up too early! Lol. She has always gotten my seven year old to school on time and pick her up on time. Always feeds her before school and after! I really appreciate the kindness and care they have given! I’m a single mom and they have lifted weight from my shoulder because I know my girls are safe, well fed, learning, and having fun! They have cameras and doorbell system. Doors stay locked to outside. Thanks Francois staff! I appreciate you all!
