Everyone is very kind, friendly and nice. It's been very easy to have an informative conversation with the Dr's and staff. You don't feel rushed. Unfortunately I once this year we waited an 1 1/2 before seeing the Dr. Having said that, that's a rare situation. So far, I've been very pleased.
