From our very first telephone conversation, which at that point was merely a "cold call" inquiry, Enrique took the time to dig into my project, to help me form a budgetary expectation, carefully listening and guiding me, always patient and helpful with my questions. Largely because of this patient and professional approach and very reasonable pricing, especially for the for the quality of the product and experience, I selected Enrique/Universal to design, manufacture and install my entire custom kitchen/island complex, 4 major custom closets illuminated with glass shelves and doors and incorporating a carousel for up to 180 pair of shoes for my wife. They also designed and constructed my illuminated freestanding bar ,and back bar, with with glass doors and shelves. They did an amazing job, jaw dropping actually, everyone who has seen it has been EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. I am an attorney and businessman here in Miami.
