Tim did our ant treatments today. He explained what he planned to do, why he planned to do them. Then he did the treatments and gave me a summary before he left.Tim shared a lot of his knowledge with me, which helped me understand ants a lot better. We haven’t seen any ants indoors since Vlad and George were here in June. They were as thorough as Tim. We are very pleased with Seaport Pest Solutions. Locally owned, dedicated technicians, and excellent results for the cost. We’re glad to keep them on quarterly services, and know that they will come quickly if needed.

This service and company was absolutely incredible! I had a great experience with our pest technician Tim! He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the treatment process for the yellow-jacket nest, including what type of treatment he was using and what effects we could expect during and after the treatment. He also asked about any other pest concerns we had and took the time to address each one. He provided helpful information and recommendations for other services that could help with those areas as well. His professionalism, knowledge, and personable approach made the whole experience easy and reassuring.

Chris Ross was excellent. We had a very large yellow jacket colony that I personally treated 3 times. It didn’t work. One try by Chris and there’s no Yellowjacket activity a day later. Awesome
