I cannot say enough good things about my Evergreen Air Quality experience! Angelo has been the ally that I needed during the stressful and confusing process of mold remediation. It was daunting at first to think about spending money for post-remediation testing, on top of the thousands we'd already spent on remediation...but I'm so glad I did it. Without those lab results and Angelo's thorough, detailed report, I wouldn't have known that the remediation on our attic was incomplete -- and I wouldn't have been able to get the remediation company back to finish the job I'd already paid for. The protection of our health, our home, and our investment was worth every penny! Angelo quickly scheduled our post-remediation testing, and he has been a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about mold, mold remediation practices, and mold prevention in homes. He has been so patient with my questions, and in talking me through the various steps of this incredibly stressful ordeal. He has helped me to better understand how the problem came about -- there were obvious sources of moisture that I was aware of, but many contributing factors I had never considered! -- and what actions we can take to protect our home in the future. I would recommend his services to anyone in our situation!
