I reached out to Lynn about a mold level question in a house we are under contract with. We felt as though the seller’s company, who did the mold test, was trying to convince us the number was low enough. It didn’t sit well with us, so I looked up other companies who I could reach out to for their opinion. Lynn was so kind to read over the report and give his expert opinion, even though I now live out of town and he wouldn’t be able to gain my business. I truly appreciated his help and his ability to explain what was going so that I could keep my family safe.
