Thank goodness we found Secure Step Tubs! After getting estimates from other companies, they were the most straightforward about what our mother’s Benton home really needed. They didn’t try to pressure us into expensive extras like some of the other outfits. The workers arrived on schedule and kept the work area tidy. Everything functions beautifully and they took time to explain the maintenance. It’s been 6 months now and we’ve recommended them to several friends in our neighborhood.

Really pleased with Secure Step Tubs here in Hot Springs Village. Our old tub was getting dangerous for us to step over but they put in a nice walk-in tub with a shower that we feel safe using. The crew was punctual and respectful, cleaned up nicely each day. The grab bars and built-in seat are wonderful - makes bathing so much safer at our age. They even called a week later to make sure everything was working properly. Good local folks and saved us quite a bit of money too!

I really did my research on this one, and I can tell you that Secure Step offers the best deal in Arkansas for walk-in tubs. This thing has every bell and whistle you can think of, a lifetime warranty (parts and labor), and it was between $5-10k less than the competition. I also felt more like I was talking to a consultant rather than a salesman when getting the quote (which was accurate to the penny). Installation was smooth as silk. The guys were professional and polite, and they were great about cleaning up after themselves. Before leaving, they made sure I understood how it works and encouraged me to call with any questions or concerns. Save yourself some time and money and call Mark. You won't be disappointed.
