SNF POOLS

I'll be honest, I did not shop around and interview different pool companies to service our pool. SNF was brought in by our pool builders to handle the fire up, and we kept them on because it was just easier as first time pool owners. The reason we are still SNF customers, 6+ months later, and the reason for my review, is 100% because of the stellar customer service provided by Caroline.I had been unhappy with the technician who had been servicing our pool, I believed that he was less than thorough, and I felt pretty certain he was not completing the services we were paying for, but life was busy and I let it go for a few months until I had the time to start searching for a new company. That's when Caroline stepped in. I had emailed my notice to discontinue service, and instead of just letting it happen, Caroline picked up the phone and called me (read that again, in 2026, a business owner picked up the phone to call a client to speak about a complaint personally and directly.) She asked for details about my discontent and for the opportunity to spend the next 4 weeks addressing the issues to retain my business. I literally had nothing to lose, so I agreed, and she came through. I immediately noticed an improvement, and each week the things I'd been irritated about were corrected. Then, after the 4 weeks, Caroline again picked up the phone and we spoke about the changes I'd seen and the improvements I felt they made, and I let her know I'd decided to keep them on, with the knowledge that should I have any problems moving forward, I can call Caroline and she'll address and manage the issues with me.It's easy to be the pool company when everything goes smoothly, SNF is the pool company who is going to step up if things aren't great, and make sure that the customer knows they are valued while putting in the work to make things right. A new pool is a huge investment, and I will continue to trust Caroline and SNF to maintain that investment for me, and you can too.
