I had a great experience training at SpeedFit with Shally. At first, I was a little nervous because EMS training was completely new to me, but Shally explained everything clearly and adjusted the intensity based on how I felt. After the first session, I could really feel my muscles had been worked, and by the second and third sessions I felt much more comfortable and confident.The 20-minute session is very convenient, especially for busy students or people who do not have much time for the gym. I also really liked the personal guidance and the feeling of accountability. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a guided, time-efficient workout.

Five stars simply doesn't feel like enough.Three years ago, my life looked very different. I was living with a labral tear in my hip and gluteal tendinopathy, and the pain was relentless. I wasn't sleeping properly, I could barely walk more than 50 metres, stairs were a struggle, and some days even carrying my handbag felt impossible.After seeing multiple specialists, I was told there wasn't really anything that could be done apart from managing the flare-ups and learning to live with the pain.Then my best friend dragged me along to SpeedFit Kotara.To be honest, I never imagined the changes that would follow.Since starting at SpeedFit, I have become stronger, more mobile, and more confident in my body than I ever thought possible. The pain hasn't magically disappeared, but my quality of life has improved in ways I never expected.Recently, I sat frog-legged on my bed comfortably. Then yesterday, I sat on the floor with my beautiful grandchildren and crossed my legs. I actually stopped and took a moment because I realised what I had just done. For most people, sitting cross-legged on the floor is something they never think twice about. For me, it felt like a miracle.I had accepted that there were things my body would never do again. I had my first EMS session last week and I had a great time. Veronica was immediately very welcoming and took time to explain EMS and what to expect. In the class, Veronica kept the vibes high and was motivating throughout. I should commend Veronica for balancing the needs of everyone in the class as I felt well tended to and comfortable the whole time. After just a 20 minute session, I could really feel the difference in the days to come. Would recommend anyone to come to Veronica if they want to try EMS!

I did my first SpeedFit session with Vanessa, her knowledge about EMS was second to none! She answered all my questions. I loved the workout I did with her. I left feeling refreshed, the complimentary electrolyte drink at the beginning and the protein shake at the end were a huge bonus! I will happily recommend SpeedFit to others.

Really enjoy this gym, non judgemental and feel at home every time I go in. All trainers know your name and greet upon arrival. Love the workouts which cater to all abilities. Also really enjoy the onsite recovery center. Glad I found and signed up!
