Fit Mamas Tribe is an excellent fit for every age and fitness level. Plenty of classes and personal training sessions are available throughout the day and it's easy to keep track of and schedule them on the easy to use portal. The instructors for each of the classes rotate so you get a variety of instruction, all of them though are fit, knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive.The excellent workouts are designed so that they're not terribly difficult but nevertheless effective. I'm so glad I found Fit Mamas Tribe! It's just what the doctor ordered.

Love the personalized workout designed just for me and my ability.. My personal trainer gives me challenges but makes sure I can handle the changes as they get harder. I’m older and working on strength and balance which after a few tumbles I realized I needed to do something to help myself before I got any worse. Their environment is perfect for women of all ages!

This is a great place to regain physical strength as I approach my golden years. Women of all ages gather here, the spirit is one of support and well-being. There’s also a variety of classes available throughout the day. It is comforting and rewarding to participate in a gym/exercise atmosphere designed specifically for women of all ages. Truly a breath of fresh air.

I have taken several of classes here: Straight Up Strength, Pilates, Yoga and Jump Sculpt. The instructors are always energetic and very helpful. I love the fact that the classes are small and the instructors are interactive which makes it feel like you are getting personal training. I love it here and I'm so glad I joined!Was
